This site and its content — text, graphics, code samples, and design — are the property of AxioNet Technologies unless otherwise noted, and are provided for informational purposes about our services and training programs. You may not copy, resell, or republish site content without our written permission.
3. Software engagements
Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any development, AI, or consulting engagement are governed by the separate written proposal or contract signed between you and AxioNet Technologies — not by this page. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
4. Training programs
Submitting an enrollment application does not guarantee a seat in a cohort. Fees, refund conditions, and program terms are confirmed directly with you before enrollment is finalized. Applying imposes no payment obligation.
5. No warranty
This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantee that it is free of errors or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AxioNet Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from a signed client or student agreement is governed by that agreement instead.
